Our ceremonial-style matcha is cultivated in the lush landscapes of Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, China, where rich soil and a temperate climate create favorable conditions for tea cultivation. Using traditional Japanese-inspired methods, our tea plants are shade-grown for a minimum of 30 days before harvest, enhancing their chlorophyll content and producing a vibrant green hue and rich umami flavor. Committed to purity and sustainability, our matcha is organically grown without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Our producers maintain rigorous standards, with certifications including USDA Organic, ISO 22000, and both kosher and halal approvals, ensuring quality and inclusivity in every cup.
